AKS University Library

The library is a center of attraction for students as well as faculty members. It is well equipped with books of different disciplines, a wide range of reference books, national and international periodicals, journals, magazines and a pool of research work of eminent scholars.

The leading newspapers are also available for students to scan the environment and develop their general awareness. The university has constituted a separate library committee that selects and ensures the regular availability of the latest books and reading material in the library.

Auditorium

The magnificent auditorium at AKS University is unique, which has the capacity to host 1200+ people in any programs. Students, faculty members, corporates and guests can easily organise events, workshops and guest lectures. The auditorium is equipped with Dolby sound system, Hi-Tech projector, comfortable seating arrangements and a green room and is fully air-conditioned to cater to the need of audiences. The Auditorium is designed to not only meet the specific requirements but also to add to the overall pleasure of listening to and talking with some of the very sharp minds around, on work. It provides a platform for the students of the university to showcase their multiple talents in the field of theatre, drama, dance and different cultural programs.

The state-of-the-art Conference Room located in Block A of the University is spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the latest IT-enabled tools and interfaces for facilitating multimedia presentations/Meetings/Conferences by the students, faculty members, corporations, Management, and prominent visitors for various activities.

This hi-tech facility is alternatively used from time to time for mock group discussions, personal interviews and quiz sessions, debates, declamations, corporate meeting and for many other activities meant for institutional development.

Sports and Recreation

A fit mind is an active mind. Therefore along with academic pursuit student should also pay equal attention to games and sports. We believe that sports play a crucial role in the holistic development of student’s personality since it teaches an individual to imbibe sportsman spirit, to be humble in victory and gracious in defeat, and a spirit of co-operation, discipline, honesty and integrity. The university provides all types of sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games. The regular play is a vital part of the curriculum. The university has 20+ acres playground.

Hostel

he desirous students can opt for off campus hostel facility. The hostels have been designed with two primary objectives- safety and comfort. They have round the clock security and comfortable apartments so that the students enjoy living in it. Room accommodation service is provided on a first-come-first-serve basis to students. Students can avail hostel rooms either on a single or a shared basis..

Transportation facility

The transportation facility provided by AKS University covers various towns and villages in and around Satna & Rewa City. Buses of AKS University board (at the time of departure from Campus) and de-board (after arrival at campus) the students inside the campus premises only. University buses are equipped with all safety devices i.e. GPS, to track the bus location, Route, Speed etc. and speed governor to restrict the speed of the buses as per the Supreme Court guidelines. Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit’s availability in busses ensure the safety measures. The transport fee is very nominal and affordable. Each bus has a senior faculty member deployed as in charge so that proper discipline is maintained in the bus en route.

Health Care

All possible medical support facilities are available in and around the campus to tackle the emergency situations. A doctor is appointed to look after the healthcare services of the university. In addition, the university has tie-ups with nearby hospitals to provide the healthcare support services to the students, faculty and staff members. Routine medical checkup programes are also organized at the university campus
